1.		All orders subject to manufacturer's availability. Current Prices are subject to change without notice.
2.		Shipment is Freight Collect and F.O.B. Lexington, NC, for Reproductions in the regular Highsmith Furniture line, including back orders as necessary. Orders may be held to avoid back orders unless we are instructed to ship immediately and back order out of stock items. Packaging for a any items will be billed to the customer and sent Freight Collect. Merchandise is given to Carrier in excellent condition. Claims for loss or damage must be made with the delivering Carrier. Merchandise returned without prior approval will be refused and returned at Sender's expense. A 10% restocking fee may apply for goods returned with prior approval.
3.		Terms: New accounts will be Prepaid, C.O.D., or Proforma. Terms may be authorized for subsequent orders with proper credit references and approval. Shipment will not be made to a past due account until account is current. Highest legal finance charge will be applied after 30 days. Your placement of an order evidences your agreement to these terms. All special orders require a 50% deposit.
4.		An acknowledgment of your order will be sent to you.
5.		Shipment of goods in stock will be approximately one week. Custom orders will run approximately sixteen weeks.
6.		Numerous suppliers and a combination of new and reclaimed woods are used in the manufacture of our Reproduction Furniture. Since the reclaimed woods will vary with each piece, the customer may see shrinking, warping, old nail holes, stains, and other imperfections as compared to new furniture. This is part of the charm of well worn old woods that fit comfortably with antiques.
7.		In an effort to provide the best of options for our customers, we are extending our sources of suppliers to include England, France, Ireland, Canada, the United States, South American, and Asian nations.
